After moving to Evansville to bottle their own sauces, a restaurant reached out to Big B asking them to bottle sauces for their restaurant. Since then hundreds of restaurants and individuals have reached out to Big B to manufacture their products.
Along with barbecue sauces, Big B can manufacture a variety of products including salsas, soups, mustard, pasta sauces and more.

How to get started
The first step to mass producing your product is signing a non-disclosure agreement. Big B will never sell or release your recipe or your product to any other party. Recipes are and always will be exclusively yours.
From there, recipes are sent to our test kitchen where a test batch is then made in a larger sample size. Commercial grade ingredients are purchased in bulk and differ from ingredients bought in your local grocery store. This may cause differences in appearance and taste so we will work to match your product in our test kitchen as closely as possible. Samples are then sent to the customer for feedback. Sometimes it takes one attempt to master your individual recipe, other times it takes more.
Once a recipe is perfected and bottles are selected, we can begin producing your product. The first run of any product is 100 gallons. After the first run, the minimum order is 200 gallons. Orders can be run as frequently as needed with an approximate two week lead time. Product can be produced for many different size containers including:
- 5 ounce bottles
- 12 ounce bottles
- 16 ounce bottles
- 32 ounce bottles
- 1/2 gallon jugs
- 4-1 gallon jugs
- 5 gallon buckets
