History of “Big B”

The recipe for our famous Big “B” Pit-Cooked Barbecue was developed back in the early 1940’s. Old-fashioned pride in our products and our dedication to quality provide the foundation for our continued growth throughout the midwest and beyond.


After moving to Evansville to bottle their own sauces, a restaurant reached out to Big B asking them to bottle sauces for their restaurant.   Since then hundreds of restaurants and individuals have reached out to Big B to manufacture their products.
